Cancellation Policy

At Endless Horizons Travel Planning, we recognize that unforeseen changes may require clients to alter or cancel their travel plans. The following cancellation policy is designed to fairly and clearly outline the terms that apply to all full cancellations processed through our agency.

By proceeding with any travel arrangements through Endless Horizons Travel Planning, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated below. This policy applies in addition to — and independently from — the cancellation policies of cruise lines, hotels, tour companies, airlines, and other travel vendors.

Clients who cancel within forty-five (45) calendar days of their initial payment (whether full or partial) will not be charged a cancellation fee by Endless Horizons Travel Planning. Refund eligibility during this grace period will remain subject to the cancellation terms of the respective travel vendor(s), which we do not control and are not responsible for.

For full cancellations of cruise bookings, the following agency fees apply:

• $70.00 per person if only a deposit or up to 50% of the total fare was paid.
   
• $125.00 per person if full payment was made and cancellation occurs more than 45 days after the initial payment.
   
• $50.00 per person if the cruise was both booked and fully paid within 120 days of the scheduled departure date, and then canceled.
   

These fees apply per individual traveler and are charged regardless of vendor refund outcomes. Vendor penalties may apply in addition and are not waived or offset by Endless Horizons Travel Planning.

For all other forms of travel, the following fees apply:

• $25.00 per person if canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, but after the 45-day grace period.
   
• $50.00 per person if canceled within 30 days of the scheduled departure.
   

These fees are charged by Endless Horizons Travel Planning only. Any vendor or supplier penalties may still apply and are the responsibility of the client.

If a client has paid a planning or consultation fee, then the agency cancellation fee described in this policy is waived entirely. The planning/consultation fee itself remains non-refundable under all circumstances.

Clients who reschedule travel dates or accept a non-commission-reducing credit from the vendor (as determined by our agency) will not be charged a cancellation fee by Endless Horizons Travel Planning. This only applies to full transfers or credit conversions that do not result in loss of agency revenue.

• Separate from Vendor Fees: The cancellation fees outlined in this policy are assessed by Endless Horizons Travel Planning and are separate from any vendor, supplier, or host agency cancellation penalties. These additional charges are not within our authority to alter or waive.
   
• Fee Cap: Cancellation fees issued by Endless Horizons Travel Planning will never exceed $125.00 per person, exclusive of applicable taxes, payment processing, or merchant fees.
   
• Policy Enforcement: Endless Horizons Travel Planning reserves the right to require clients to sign a cancellation acknowledgment or waiver confirming that the client fully understands the policy and releases the agency from responsibility related to refunds or penalties assessed by travel vendors, including for non-refundable bookings.
   
• Policy Subject to Change: While this policy is fixed at the time of payment, we reserve the right to amend it for future bookings. Current bookings will always follow the version in effect at the time payment is made.
   

Endless Horizons Travel Planning operates independently and is not an entity affiliated with any cruise line, airline, hotel brand, or travel vendor. While Gerard Anthony Zayas is a registered travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Endless Horizons Travel Planning operates as an independent brand and assumes full responsibility for the services it provides.
